Photo Release: By registering for this event, I grant TELUS and or its agents the right to take photographs and/or videos of me participating for the purpose of using such photographs and/or videos for internal TELUS purposes as well as external use in the public. I acknowledge that such participation is done for good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. I do hereby grant to TELUS and its agents, the perpetual, exclusive, absolute and unfettered right to use, publish and/or display the photograph(s) and/or videos taken of me for the purposes as set out herein, in whole or in part, in any medium. In addition, I waive any right to inspect and/or approve the finished photograph(s) and/or videos and any modifications to it/them and the finished medium that such photographs and/or videos may be used within. Further, I hereby release and forever discharge TELUS and its agents from liability which may arise by virtue of any error, blurring, distortion, alteration, or optical illusion, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, publishing, use or display of the photograph(s) and/or videos.
